What happens when my trial ends?
Your plan starts and your card is charged. We'll remind you before that happens — cancel anytime during the trial and you pay nothing.
What happens to my messages if I cancel my subscription?
Your scheduled events stop and your messages are retained for a grace period so you can export or reactivate. After that, they're permanently deleted — we don't hold your words hostage.
Can I switch between plans?
Anytime. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades apply at your next billing cycle.
Is annual billing really two months free?
Yes — $40/year for Essential (vs. $48 paid monthly) and $80/year for Complete (vs. $96 paid monthly).
